If your cart exceeds the 50-item limit, a prompt will appear on your screen. You will be asked to review your order and remove items if you wish to continue using the Express service.

Because we promise to have your order ready within 60 minutes, our in-store team starts picking your items immediately after the order is placed. Due to this tight timeline, you cannot change your pickup store, change your pickup time, add or remove items, or switch from pickup to delivery once the order is confirmed.

To ensure we can meet our 60-minute promise, stores have a maximum capacity of express orders they can fulfill per hour. If a store has reached capacity, a message will display stating, “The team is busy right now. Try again later.”. The Express option will become available again once the hour rolls over.

Yes, but you must pick up your order within the store's licensed hours. If you appear to be under 25, you will be required to present a valid ID for age verification at the time of collection. Alcohol cannot be collected from e-lockers, please select in-store Pick up if you are purchasing alcohol.

Because Express orders are picked immediately, our stock on hand is highly accurate. However, if an item is out of stock and you allow substitutions, our team will ensure the substitute matches the attributes of the original item (e.g., replacing a Gluten-Free item with another Gluten-Free item, or matching organic and freshness standards). If no suitable like-for-like product is available, the item will remain unsupplied and you will not be charged.

 Yes, however hot roast chickens are only valid for Express Pickup between 9am and 7pm and are not available for e-locker pickup.
