Yes, the first time you open the app, you’ll need to log in. You can use the same email and password you use on web. It’s a quick security step to make sure your saved details – like your payment cards and delivery addresses – carry over safely so you can get straight to shopping.

Yes. All your important information – including contact details, saved payment cards, Reward points, and saved lists – has been automatically transferred. You can also view your previous orders under Past Shops.

Just a heads up: during this launch period, if you update your details in the app it may take a little while for those changes to show up on our website.

Don't worry, any items that were in your cart before the app update will move over automatically. You can pick up right where you left off and finish your shop without having to start again.

You might be in 'In-store' mode. This setting is designed for when you’re shopping the aisles at the supermarket, so the online checkout is hidden. Simply switch your preference to 'Delivery' or 'Pick up', and your checkout button will reappear so you can finish your shop as usual.

Absolutely. While the new app defaults to a grid, you can easily switch back to the classic look. Simply tap on 'Filters' and scroll down to select 'List View**'** to return to the familiar layout you’re used to.

Switch to in-store mode on the home page, and choose your local store to see exact aisle locations, offers and product availability all within your search results.

In your lists, when you search and add specific products to your list (like "Macro Coconut Milk’"), the app will automatically organise your list by aisle location at your local store, show real-time stock availability, and highlight specials and offers.

You’ll now find everything Rewards-related right on your home screen. Simply tap the Rewards section to view your points balance and activate your personalised Boosts. We’ve brought them together in one place.

Just tap 'Add to Cart' first, and then you’ll be prompted to select either the weight or the number of items you’d like to buy.

We’ve moved these to the checkout to keep your shopping experience quick and simple. Just head to your cart and begin the checkout process – you’ll be prompted to add any notes and choose whether to allow substitutions before you pay.

Absolutely. If you’ve forgotten an item or had a change of plans, you can still edit your items or cancel your order through the app. Just be sure to make your changes before the cut-off time for your delivery or pick up. Please note that all items in your order will be recalculated and charged at today’s prices and specials

When you choose to add new items to your pending order, all items in your shopping cart will update to today's active online prices. This means:

• New savings: You’ll automatically gain the benefit of any new promotions or specials running on our website today.
• Expired promotions: You may lose previous promotional pricing on existing items in your cart if those promotions have since expired.
• The payment process itself remains exactly the same – we won’t charge your card until your order has been delivered and invoiced.
  Important details regarding payment holds:

New authorisation hold: If the updated total of your shop is higher than your original order, a new authorisation hold will be placed on your payment card for the extra amount to cover the difference.

When you open the app you’ll find Lists in the bottom menu.  From here, you can manage your existing lists or create new ones.

If you don’t see your lists when you sign into the new app for the first time, pull the page down to refresh. Or come back later, and you’ll find them ready and waiting.

You can! Generic list terms like "apples" or "toilet paper" can't be mapped to your specific store. To sort your shopping list by aisle, change to in-store mode, and search for and add exact products (like Granny Smith apples or Purex toilet paper). This allows aisle locations and store stock to load automatically for your chosen store.

Your ‘Favourites’ has a new name. You can now find all your most-loved items under 'buy again'. We’ve moved this under Lists at the bottom of your home screen, to make it even faster to restock the things you buy most often.

Your order history is now called ‘past shops’. To find it, simply tap on Lists from the main menu. You’ll be able to look back through previous shops to see exactly what you ordered and when.

Paperless preferences are temporarily unavailable while we update the app. In the meantime, paper receipts will continue to be provided at the checkout when you shop in store.

Our app is the first step in a total refresh, with a new website coming soon. Because they’re on different systems for a short time, your shopping cart and some of your saved preferences won't follow you between the two. This means if you start a shop in the app, those items won’t show up when you log in to the website – and the same applies the other way around. Once our new website launches, your whole experience will be perfectly back in sync.

Yes, you can shop on either one. Both are fully functional and use your same login details. Just keep in mind that they currently operate independently – so if you place an order in the app, you’ll only be able to view or change it there. The same applies to the website. Rest assured, your order confirmation emails and SMS updates will still work exactly the same.

Your order history hasn't gone far – it’s just staying on whichever platform you used to checkout. To see or change your order, simply log back into the app or website you originally used and add or remove items like normal.

Your Everyday Rewards go wherever you shop. Your account stays connected across both the app and the website, so you can earn points, activate your personalised Boosts and track your savings exactly as you do now. It’s the same great rewards experience.

Not just yet. Because the app is the first part of our refresh, it doesn't yet sync to the current website. Your items, substitution preferences, and shopper notes will stay on the device where you entered them. To ensure your order is exactly how you want it, it’s best to stick to either the app or the website for your whole shop until our new website arrives.

The best way to shop right now is to stick to one device. Because we’re in the middle of upgrading our systems, your cart won’t follow you between the app and the website. Simply finish your shop on the same platform where you started adding items to ensure nothing gets missed.
