First we hand pick, using only the heart o fthe press to make MDC. This exceptional base wine is then aged for 36months, longer than many champagnes, allowing it to full develop character and flavour. WIth a low dosage the final result is champagne that is refreshing, crisp, vibrant and perfectly suited for the modern palate.
