Toi toi merlot is fabulously ripe and inviting. We patiently held back harvesting until the grapes were truly ripe with the most amazing flavours.
this allowed our winemaker to create this versatile and delicious wine with flavours of plum, blueberry and rosted hazelnuts. It has a rounded mouthfell and soft tannins making it immediately approachable and flavoursome.
pair with pasta, roasts, bbq or some beautiful new zealand cheeses.
