This smooth mainland creamy brie has a rounded body and soft white mould exterior. With a fresh aroma this is best served on a cheeseboard, but also goes great in toasties, pizzas, or quiches for an oozy melt. For special occasions, bake this one in the oven with honey, roasted nuts and thyme and serve gooey and warm.
