Emborg Danablu is a classic Danish blue mould cheese, riddled with edible blue-green veins. It has a very creamy texture and a sharp tangy taste.
It is produced in protected areas in Denmark and has the Protected Geographic Indication (PGI) mark.
Enjoy it on cheeseboards, crumbled on your salads, pizza toppings or in burgers.
