How you should store your ham: It needs to be kept refrigerated at or below 4°C. Leave it in it's vacuum packed bag until you want to eat it. After you've glazed or served it, cover it loosely with tin foil or a clean damp tea towel or ham bag if you have one. Change the tea towel or bag daily - this helps keep the ham moist. Store it in the coolest part of your refrigerator after serving. Always place above raw product in your fridge. Eat within 1 week of opening.
