Mono Baking Paper is a siliconised kraft paper with a non stick surface ideal for cooking and baking. It is suitable for conventional and microwave ovens up to 230 degrees C (450 degrees F) but should be kept away from naked flames.
Mono® Baking Paper is heat resistant to 230°C (450°F) and can be used in conventional and microwave ovens. Use to line cake and sponge tins, biscuit and muffin trays, bread pans and flan dishes. Ideal for rolling pastry and dough, or for lining steamed pudding basins.
