Product of New Zealand
This is a natural cross between broccoli and chinese broccoli (gaai laan). It has a long slender stem stopped with small flowering buds that are a cross between broccoli florests and an asparagus tip. These are delicious steamed and served as a side with an asian dish or in a stir fry.
