Massimo’s Bocconcini are soft, moist, bite size balls of Mozzarella. With a fresh milky flavour profile Bocconcini can be arranged on an antipasto platter, on skewers with cherry tomatoes, basil, melon or berries. Torn and tossed through a salad or pasta and a perfect topping for pizza’s or baked dishes.
