Inca gold creamy, golden and buttery sweet, these potatoes are perfect for roasting. Inca gold originated from a potato cultivar group called phureja, grown in the andean valleys of south america. They were originally discovered by europeans in the early 1500's when pizzaro destroyed the inca empire. An exotic potato to be enjoyed only during the winter months.
