Store away from direct heat and light. Reseal after each use. When the temperature drops below approx. 12? (53.6ºF) some solid clouds may form in the olive oil, this is a natural process due to it containing fatty acids. Once the bottle has returned to room temperature it will return to its usual appearance and maintain all olive oil properties.
