Thornbury pinot gris has excellent richness, exhibiting vibrant florals of lychee & pears. This pinot gris displays lovely delicate characteristics of ripe pears, red apples & hints of giner spice unquely derived from the growing conditions of the waipara wine region. A mouth filling textural wine with an excellant richness. Best enjoyed with seafood, white meats or goats cheese.
