A lemon flavoured cream, filled into a short crust shell, then topped with a lovely white yoghurt, and a milk choc. Giving a brown and white appearance. These are enjoyed by thousands annually, around New Zealand as a sweet treat. Made here by us for 20 years, right here in New Zealand.
