We've captured fully the layered flavours of this dark cocoa with a subtle, roasted nutty finish. We like to make good, honest chocolate, so we have committed to rainforest alliance certification for 100% of our ghanaian cocoa beans. We purchase cocoa from rainforest alliance certified farms equivalent to the amount used in this product.
