Product of New Zealand
This Merlot based blend was crafted from grapes grown in the free draining stony soils of the Gimblett Gravels. It was traditionally fermented in open topped fermenters, then aged for 12 months in French oak barriques. A full bodied wine displaying blackcurrant, plums and spice.
