Mac's Too Easy is a Juicy Hazy Pale Ale brewed to be big and juicy in flavour but exceptionally smooth and easy drinking. Rock up to the campsite, kick back and relax while watching your mates pitch your tent and crack into a can of 'Too Easy'. Big on juicy flavour, easy going down, brimming with liquid sunshine, the taste, like the smooth tones of a saxaphone floating across a refreshing lake of tropical fruit.
Mac’s Too Easy is brewed to be low in bitterness and with an emphasis on the tropical fruit characteristics and drinkability, at 4.4% ABV it makes for a very sessionable brew.
History
Terry McCashin began making the Mac’s naturally brewed beer in 1981 at the old Rochdale cider factory in Nelson.
Today even though Terry’s moved on, we remain determined to keep his combination of quality and ingenuity alive.
Tasting Notes: An easy drinking beer with the addition of Taiheke & Nelson Sauvin hops in the brewhouse evident. Grapefruit, lime and gooseberry zestiness brings balance to the big mango & pineapple flavour profiles, making this beer ‘Too Easy’ to say yes to.
Food Match: Easy drinking beer likes easy eating food, let the fruity character bring life to such dishes like Sweet and Sour Pork or Hawaiian Pizza.
Made with Taiheke & Nelson Sauvin hops.
