Our oats are traditionally cut from oat groats that are nutrient rich and packed full of wholegrain goodness; They also contain cholesterol lowering properties and are a good source of fibre; The unrefined whole grain oat groats have been cut as apposed to rolled which creates a dense chewy texture, with a nutty flavour when cooked.
