Take the pork shank out from the package, put it in an oven dish and bake it for at least 20 minutes at around 220 degrees celsius. Serve it with oven potatoes on the side. Alternatively, dip the “stinco”, still packed, in the water and bring in a boil for 30 minutes so that the heat can reach the product inside, cut a corner of the package to make easier the exit of the aspic, created during the cooking. Take the boiled “stinco” out and serve it hot with boiled vegetables; no additives; precooked “stinco” does not contain gmo or allergenic substances.
