Prices at our on-the-go Metro stores on Albert Street and Halsey Street reflect those unique factors, while still providing great value and their own promotional offers.

Due to these factors, products and prices advertised at Woolworths will not necessarily be available in our Metro stores.

Specials, discounts, promotions and long-term price reductions such as Great Price are based on the standard price in Woolworths supermarkets. Metro is not a Woolworths supermarket and has a different operating model and offers.

Metro will still provide great value including specials, discounts and promotions that are based on the standard price in a Metro store.

Our aim is always to make sure we have the right stores in the right places to suit the local customer base. At the moment we’re keeping an eye on how our current Metro stores are operating and collecting as much customer feedback as we can to ensure we're providing our customers with the best possible offering.

In Auckland, we don't provide online shopping services from our Metro stores due to reduced range. However, you can shop online from your nearest Woolworths.
