Shop & Scan to Win In-store Promotion November 2026

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

Promotional Dates

1. The Promotion starts in New Zealand at 00:00 on 02/11/2026 and ends at 23:59 on 29/11/2026 (“Promotional Period”).
2. Throughout the Promotional Period, the period from each Monday at 00:00 through to Sunday at 23:59  (inclusive) will be considered a “Promotional Week”. There will be a total of four (4) Promotional Weeks during the Promotional Period.

Eligible entrants

3. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are existing Everyday Rewards members (“Eligible Entrant”). An existing Everyday Rewards member is any person who is a holder of a registered Everyday Rewards card issued by Woolworths, excluding holders of temporary Everyday Rewards cards.

4. Eligible Entrants must continue to be an existing Everyday Rewards member during the Promotional Period to be eligible for a prize. If an Eligible Entrant ceases to be an existing Everyday Rewards member during the Promotional Period, or at the time their prize is to be used, the winner will be taken to have forfeited their prize.

5. Employees of Woolworths who are Everyday Rewards members are eligible to enter this promotion.

6. A stand down period of 48 hours will apply from a member signing up to Everyday Rewards, before they will be eligible to win a prize.

How to enter

7. For the chance to win a prize, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:

• be an Eligible Entrant;
• purchase three (3) “Participating Products” from any of the “Participating Brands” (as described in clause 30 below) in-store at Woolworths,
• scan their registered Everyday Rewards card in-store at the checkout prior to finalising the transaction; and
• finalise their transaction, (together, a “Qualifying Entry”).
  Qualifying Entries will be automatically recorded upon purchase, and Eligible Entrants during the Promotional Period will be notified instantly if they have won a prize at the checkout at the time that they make their Qualifying Entry. The prize may be available for use immediately, or the option to save the prize for use on a future in-store transaction may be presented to the Eligible Entrant. This is dependent on the type and/or denomination of the prize won, as set out in clause 11 below.

8. A limit of one Qualifying Entry applies per Eligible Entrant per day. Eligible Entrants may enter multiple times during the Promotional Period, subject to the daily entry limit.

Prizes and prize draws

Throughout the Promotional Period, up to 9,744  prizes will be available to win in the following types and denominations:

Everyday Rewards Points

11. An Eligible Entrant will be notified at checkout if they have won a prize upon the completion of their transaction. The prize could be:

• Money off your in-store Woolworths shop: The Eligible Entrant will be able to choose to redeem the Money off your in-store Woolworths shop on that transaction or save the Money off for a future in-store shop. To use the prize in-store at Woolworths, the winner’s final transaction amount must be equal to or greater than the value of their prize. Any unused “Money off your Woolworths shop” prizes will expire on Sunday, 10 March 2027.
• Everyday Rewards Points: The prizes will be immediately and automatically loaded to the winner’s Everyday Rewards account after the winner is instantly notified at checkout and completes their transaction.
  For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Entrant does not finalise their transaction, they will not have completed their Qualifying Entry and the prize they are shown at the checkout will be forfeited.

12. Up to 2,436 prizes per Promotional Week may be drawn and distributed during the Promotional Period.

13. At the end of each Promotional Week, any unredeemed prizes will be allocated to the Final Prize Draw.

14. The total number of prizes being given away for this Promotion is 9,744 with a total prize
    pool value of up to $200,0000. The final number of prizes distributed by Woolworths will be the number of prizes instantly claimed by the Eligible Entrants. All prize values are correct as at 1 October 2026.

15. The prizes are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable. The prizes are awarded and must be redeemed in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the Everyday Rewards program available at everydayrewards.co.nz/terms-and-conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions displayed to the winner at checkout or via email or app confirmation upon winning their prize.

16. Everyday Rewards may, in its absolute discretion, award a winner an alternative prize to the same or greater value as their original prize, if their original prize results in their Everyday Rewards account balance exceeding the value permissible under the Everyday Rewards program’s terms and conditions.

Winner notification

17. Winners will be notified instantly at the checkout if they have won a prize. Winners may also receive an email to the email address associated with their Everyday Rewards account confirming they have won and the terms and conditions that apply to their specific prize.

Final prize draw
18. Any undistributed prizes remaining at 00:00 on 30/11/2026 will be included in a final prize draw (“Final Prize Draw”). Qualifying Entries of Eligible Entrants who did not win a prize instantly during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Final Prize Draw which will take place on 10/12/2026.

19. Winners of the Final Prize Draw will be notified instantly at the checkout the next time they shop in store and in writing by email (to the address linked to their Everyday Rewards account) within 7 days of the Final Prize Draw.

General

20. Woolworths’ decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.

21. Woolworths accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Woolworths assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, theft or destruction, any cause beyond Woolworths’ control, or unauthorised access to or alteration of the promotion. If such problems arise, then Woolworths may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.

22. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Woolworths’ control, Woolworths may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various authorities.

23. If an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change at any time between the date at which they enter the Promotion and the Draw date(s), that Eligible Entrant must notify Woolworths of their correct contact details immediately by updating their Everyday Rewards account details.

24. Woolworths reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Upon receiving and reviewing the information to assess verification, Woolworths’ decision is final. Woolworths reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, is in breach of these conditions, provides entries that are offensive or otherwise inappropriate in the sole opinion of Woolworths, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion, or who has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Woolworths’ legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

25. All ancillary costs and other expenses incurred as a consequence of receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

26. All entries remain the property of Woolworths. All personal information will be collected and stored by Woolworths in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Woolworths’ privacy policy which can be viewed here.

27. Woolworths may use entrants’ personal information from entries to conduct the promotion and for its own future promotional and publicity purposes, in accordance with standard
