Pick up on your schedule

Save time by picking up your groceries in-store. We’ll have everything ready to collect when you arrive.

How it works

Bag fees ($1.50 per order) are not included.

Select Pick up first

Start by selecting ‘Pick up’ as your preferred option.

Choose your store

Next, select the store you'd like to pick up from. Once you've chosen your store, you'll only see what's in stock at that store.

Pick your time slot

Select your preferred day and time slot to pick up. Our Pick up service is available 7 days a week. Now you can start your shop.

Pick up your order

Once you've checked out and paid for your order, we'll send you a text message to notify you when your order is 'ready for pick up'.

Your Pick up experience

When you're nearing the store for pick up:

Tap the link we send via SMS to tell us when you're 15 minutes away.
Provide your order details and confirmation to our team so they can find your order.
Check your order to make sure you've got all your items before leaving.

Using your own bags

Our paper bags cost $1.50 per order. Opting to use your own bags not only helps the environment but also saves you money.

When you collect your order, our team will hand you a trolley filled with your groceries. From there, you can transfer your items into your bags at your own pace.

You can use any kind of bag you like, just make sure they're sturdy enough to carry your items.

Want your bags packed and delivered straight to your boot?

Choose 'Direct to boot' instead of 'Pick up' before you start shopping. Our team will pack your bags and deliver your order straight to your car's boot upon your arrival, saving you time and effort.

Personalising your order

We understand that your tastes are unique to you. Before completing your order, you can leave notes for your personal shopper in the 'shopper instructions' section.

Whether it's a specific brand, quantity or preference, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
